INGREDIENTS

Gram Dhal, Toor Dhal, Green Gram, Orid Dhal, Salt, Chilli, Sesame Seeds, Curry Leaf, Pepper, Garlic, Fennel, Dry Ginger, Mint Aniseed, Ghee

PREPARATION

Fry 2 Chopped onion and add 50 g Maamis Biryani Masala with required water and coconut milk. Let it boil for few minutes. Then add 1 Kg rice along with 300 g favourite vegetables or 600 g half boiled mutton or chicken and cook this mixture. Finally add ghee or vanaspathi to taste.

PREPARATION

It is very tasty to use this Maamis Dhal Powder with cooked rice by adding Ghee or Gingelly Oil.

PREPARATION

Use 50 g of this Maamis Lemon Rice Powder for ½ Kg rice. Add hot gingelly oil and “Maamis Lemon Rice powder” with cooked rice and mix thoroughly. Now the tasty Maamis Lemon Rice is Ready.

PREPARATION

Add one spoon of this rasam powder, Garlic, 1 tomato, salt to taste in 1 lit. of tamarind juice. Fry mustard, chilli, curry leaves in 1 spoon of edible oil and add the tamarind mixture and let it boil. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Now the tasty MaamisRasam is ready.

PREPARATION

Boil 200 gms of toordhall with a spoon of turmeric powder. Fry a few mustard, Fenugreek, 2 green chillies and curry leaves in 2 spoons of edible oil. Mix them all with 100 gms of favourite vegetables, 2 tomatoes, little tamarind juice, salt and 2 spoons of Maamis Sambar Powder. Cook this mixture for 15 minutes. Finally spread some coriander leaves on it. The tasty Sambar is ready to serve.

PREPARATION

Use 50 g of this Maamis Tamarind Rice Powder for ½ Kg rice. Fry a few Mustard, Urd Dhal, Curry Leaves along with “Maamis Tamarind Rice Powder” in Gingelly oil and mix thoroughly with cooked rice. Now the tasty Maamis Tamarind rice is ready.
